Would Not RecommendDid an in store pick-up. Checked both products in the car. I turned right back around and returned both of these because they were both the wrong parts. Both were missing the extension belts. And now that I've left them in the store, the company is saying that there's a glitch in the system and can't refund my money without an engineer helping. The lady that helped me was wonderful but Lowes has yet to give me a refund. This was really disappointing.

Would Not RecommendBought the opener and extension. Paid to have it installed. Box didn't advertise not all parts included, only the instructions inside told me all parts not included. Opener completely installed and last piece not included. Went back to store, explained problem, nobody has a clue . They said they will research part and order it.
