Nice item SLOW getting it delivered.
Would RecommendBought this to connect the portable generator to my house electric system. The Item is what I had wanted to facilitate this connection and has the pieces I expected. Not installed yet. Just took a VERY LONG time for this to be delivered. Well past the expected delivery time originally stated. Guessing they had trouble getting the item in stock so they could deliver it. They NEVER said, only stated it was delayed.

Would Not RecommendHow can anyone recommend this product when you make it impossible to get the generator activated as you never respond to phone calls or emails about getting it commissioned and tested. I have emailed and called many times and it's been installed for 2 years and still has not been activated!!! All you want to do is sell generators and don't give a hoot about follow up or activation, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCT, DON'T CARE IF IT'S SUPPOSEDLY THE BEST GENERATOR ON THE PLANET, DOESN'T DO ME ...

Multiple issues
Would RecommendOrdered 9 months in advance by our builder, unit was late and had multiple issues. Multiple service personnel sent over a 6 month period..finally insisted on replacement. Took 2+ months but finally in. Hopefully works when needed. Market share is an issue. Hope service is there when i need it! The subs were great,,,this was a product issue.

Would RecommendWaited 9 weeks for generator. Ordered it with a cold weather kit. Generac never installed the cold weather kit. I had to install it. Which includes cutting the brand new coolant hoses. I would say if you order something brand new and order the accessories then it should come with them installed. Also very little room for the battery! Other than that great generator!!

25 months old major part failure
Would Not RecommendHave a large home generator. Smoke pouring out just a few weeks after annual service. Pretty disappointed in a major piece failing in just 25 months of ownership. Especially since it was all checked out this month and all was supposed to be good. Is this normal?? Would like to know/how why? Not a good sign for the huge price paid.

Parts missing
Would RecommendSorry to report; so far my experience has not been good! I started this journey back in Oct 23! Up until two days ago they had not been able to get it started. One delay was a a missing generac base plate where the electrical comes out. Recently they replaced the wire harness that was defective. This Tuesday I am suppose to get a brief about how my generator works.

Too soon to tell maybe
Would Not RecommendStill having issues with the generator giving error codes. Waiting on replacement part to see if it corrects the issue. Also, for a new unit there are several spots of rust already showing, not sure how this will hold up for years to come. Also, still trying to get this connected to the Wi-Fi network for easier monitoring, which has not been easy. The jury is still out on our opinion of the unit.

Recently installed
Would RecommendOnly have had the generator for a couple weeks so it is difficult to comment on quality/durability. It did function as it should during a couple of outages lasting a couple minutes each. The Mobile Link app could use some work. I could not get it to install at all. Our installer came out and got it to work after fiddling with for over an hour using several devices for something that should be fairly straight forward. Overall I am satisfied with the generator so far.

Would Not RecommendWe bought this generator brand new and it is still not working! It ran for a few minutes when the electricians were trying to have it up and running. Unfortunately all it did was blow out most of my circuit breakers and burned up my AC motor. The electrician just left my residence saying it still will not start! We had such high hopes for this generator and it is failing miserably!

Disappointed with “Upgraded” Features
Would RecommendPurchased a 30 kW liquid cooled unit. It took almost four months for delivery. I purchased the liquid cooled unit because I was told it would be quieter; there is no noticeable noise reduction. At the installation, it was discovered that the liquid cooled unit will not connect wirelessly and I would, at added expense need to run a line to my modem. So, mobile link is useless to me right now. I have no doubt, the product will run if I loose power but I don’t think it was worth the upgrade. #Disap...
