Would RecommendThe ball catches on our bedroom closet doors quit working and needed replacing. Although these weren't exactly like what were on the doors they worked excellent as a replacement. Easy to install and worked perfect.

Would RecommendThese were easy to install and adjust. I used then to replace my older, builder grade ones that were catching and the spring had popped out. My only disappointment was trying to find them in a Lowe's store. They were not on the shelves advertised. After 30 min of looking with no associate in sight, I left, placed the order online and came back to pick them up.

Simple design and easy to install
Would RecommendI got this to replace a very old worn-out ball catch. While the new one's barrel diameter was quite a bit smaller than the one being replaced, an inch of PVC pipe split down one side made a perfect shim. It was very easy to install in just a few minutes. Adjusting the height is awkward, since you have to hold the ball down to engage the slots to turn the collar, but that's the case with every one of these I've seen.
