Updated features and battery life are big

I got this to replace my Fenix 5S. Pros: Features, especially Health Battery Life App integration with Connect Durability - perfect, especially the screen! Better value than Apple Watch Cons: Design - don’t like that watch has same color as band. Why not just make it all metallic like top? Integration with apps, like Sleep Cycle, etc. (Compete better with Apple Watch)

Lighter than previous versions

Very light. Easy to wear all day and night. Probably only an ounce or two less than 6s but the difference feels significant. I would not sleep wearing 6s because of the weight, but there is no problem in the 7s solar.

Kind of a pain to operate

Had this watch 3 weeks. Have only logged 1 workout but completed 12. Fitness tracking is complicated and a pain to do. Not loving the price for the trouble of operating.

The Nearly Perfect Timepeice!

I received this time piece as a Christmas gift and loved it the moment I opened the the gift. I am enjoying learning all of the components that will assist me while I take walks, hike, sail and lead my photographic instruction workshops. I wish a Garmin included a SOS activation tool within this devices menu. I also us a Garmin InReach Explorer+, It seems that I still need to carry my InReach for the SOS option. This timepiece has a beautiful look and very stylish design.

Easy functions, fits well, works great!

I received this a month ago and have been very happy with it. I like the option to customize the watch face with big numbers, all the regular garmin functions work very well.

An awesome, educational and intuitive giant!

As a 'newbie', this watch has allowed me to understand many of the key elements of my fitness and body indicators. The information is abundant but necessary for those who are serious about training smarter and consistently improving.

Love my watch

I like the watch. But the wristband is very tight or very lose, it doesn’t have a hole in between and I feel unconfortable. It is very bulky. I have small wrist. It is ok, I am enjoying my watch.

Best watch i've owned

This is a great watch. I use it for sleep tracking, exercise tracking and all of my running and bike rides. I love how it keeps track of your fitness and recovery and recommends what kind of workout would best fit into your current state. It would be great for beginners or experts. There are some features I haven't had a chance to dive into, but look forward to learning more about it as I go!

Perfect size

I have owned the 5s, 6S and now the 7s sapphire solar. I tried the epix beautiful screen but to big wouldn’t fit under ski gloves or dress shirt cuff back to the fenix. Please make and EPIX2S !

Great feature

I totally recommend it’s really great watch. Nice screen touch one also I upgraded from forerunner 255s.

Poor screen visibility

I bought this watch about 4 weeks ago and sent it back after three days. The screen visibility on the brightest setting was difficult to visualize indoors. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was frequently dropped. The push buttons on the watch to control menus felt stiff and imprecise. Life is too short to deal with frustrating issues.

Is the Fenix7s a women's watch... to many apps

Wanted the larger watch faces but ended up fenix7s cause didn't want the same watch as everyone else and apparently the bronze one only comes in small which seems to be for women I realized due to the wrist band size. Will not be wearing this in any lakes or oceans as not comfortable it will stay on my wrist. Also to many different apps, should merge them all into 1. Wish I had purchased a different watch.

The Garmin Fenix 7 is amazing. The amount of holistic view it brings to people looking to make a healthier lifestyle is simply amazing. The Daily Suggested workouts for people looking to improve their General Fitness and not sure where to start is a great resource. Body Battery is pretty qualitatively accurate. Stress is useful. The Sleep Tracking is actually pretty accurate. More accurate I dare say than other sleep tracker on the market as of December 2022. And I am sure with the First...

So far great, gps issues though

After a couple of small tests with walk and run, then going for a marathon - it was almost 2km of in calculation, so not fully happy

Worth it!

Have had this watch for about a month now and I could not love it more. The technology on this is incredible, all of the metrics are super detailed and informative. Haven’t tried hiking yet to test out the map feature but looking forward to it in the spring. The look of this watch is also so sleek I just love it (got the cream gold and light sand). Only issue is that I haven’t been able to connect my headphones, I have aftershokz unsure what to do here.

Normally, I never buy any new toy without studying deeply. It took me years to do this.But I think at last I found a perfect product as a GARMIN lover.

Best garmin watch over ever owned

I am an elite triathlete, trail and road runner and have owned multiple garmin watches. The Forerunner used to be my favorite, then I tried the Insight for its solar charging (screen was too small), then purchased this. It’s the perfect size for someone with a small wrist and who does a multitude of sports. The display is clear and crisp and I love the touchscreen. Battery life is finally on par with other brands. This watch is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend!!!
