Great watch

I bought this watch several years ago and use it for tracking horseback rides as well as walking statistics. The maps are useful when we're out of cell service and I depend on it.

More features than I can use

I’ve owned this watch for more than 3 years. I use its features for golfing, gym, walking and sleep metrics. I love it’s battery life and clear, readable watch face.

So glad I Upgraded!

After having, and loving, my Instinct 2 solar for over 2 years, I wanted the features the Epix had and I am so happy. I love it! On my birthday I got a wonderful Happy Birthday message. LOVE!

Advanced Features!!!

Very happy with my purchase and quite an upgrade from my vivoactive 4 from a few years ago...features that I'm still figuring out and sleep monitoring has been a great addition since I suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome.

Should improve

I’ve had several Garmin devices for tracking my performance, I’ve ran several marathon with Garmin watches: 235, Fenix 5 and this Epix: while I’ve been using my watch for the last two years, I think the Fenix 5 has a much better and stable performance (I still use it from time to time) my Fenix looks nicer (although being older) and in general the applications updates of my epix have made it slower and sometimes it freezes in the middle of a run or a ride. Great watch!

Been wearing this for over a year now and it still doesn’t even have a scratch on the glass. Coming from an Apple Watch so it took some getting used used too but now it’s pretty easy to to navigate. Had to change out the band for something a little more breathable. Seems to track biking and running well along with sleep. The workouts on it don’t seem to count the lifting reps very well so so I find myself constantly having to adjust those. Battery life is great. Does seem to wear down much faste...

Xiaomi 15 ultra

Dear Garmin Team, I’m enjoying my Garmin Epix Gen 2 overall, but I faced issues when connecting to my new Xiaomi 15 Ultra. I had to reset the watch to factory settings twice, which was inconvenient. Post-reset, the main screen data is not fully displayed. Please address compatibility with Xiaomi devices and fix these display issues in future firmware updates. Thank you for your work!

Love wearing this watch!

I bought Epix Gen.2 a few years ago and really enjoy wearing it! It's a great watch for people living an active life and doing different activities.

Epix 2 Stuck on logo

The watch has been good overall just one major issue. This past month the watch was stuck twice on the garmin logo startup for whatever reason and nothing I did would take it out of it and I had to wait a day for it to just fix itself. Not sure what is happening but if it continue to do it I can’t do nothing about it. I’ve watched videos on similar experiences but nothing helped. Had it over a year now and I’m hoping it doesn’t continue to happen. As long as it doesn’t the watch is perfect

Goes wrong frequently

I have had to return this watch as the screen went wrong on it. The watch I now have constantly resets itself and one of the buttons has become atucky

My 7th generation garmin watch

I got an amazing deal on my epix watching for sales. All the features are great. Awesome battery life. The OLED screen looks amazing but have to do more than tip it to my face for it to engage. When sleeping and I need to see the time. It is great it glows but I have to touch it to my nose to turn on the screen ;). Otherwise excellent training watch. Favorite feature is the sapphire screen. Brilliant technology.

Battery drains fast

Fully charged and battery will drain equivalent to 2days of normal use

Advanced features and technology great for someone looking to utilize the recommendations or sync with other software programs. The size is large and looks bulky so may not be comfortable for someone looking for a compact watch.

A great introduction into Smart watches

A thru hiker can upgrade the navigational systems with this device. Connecting a triad of communication platforms. An emergency satellite beacon, (mini pro 2) , A phone and the device itself. Providing an addition map reference, more convenient to use. Reducing the chances of losing navigation along with your phone as you can secure the phone as wearing the device. Having problems

I think and hope I got a defective epix gen 2, bc I am having problems and the latest problem is, the wrist gesture is not working…very frustrating….

Don't waste your money!

It is too bulky. The buttons sometimes don't react when pressed. The battery life when the watch is used frequently is significantly shorter than advertised. It is not user friendly. Although it has many features, accessing them is a tedious process. I also have av Apple Watch 10 which I purchased at the same time that i purchased the Garmin. It cost less, and I prefer it!

touchscreen is great

I bought this a month before I went into hospital for toes bones infected, all were amputated. I did not open box until after 18 months after rehabiltation.
