I bought this watch with the intention that I was going to use it to track my fitness for a half marathon. But upon wearing it, it is tracking my body so much more than expected. I am able to visually see my stress levels and my energy. It’s incredibly helpful!

Fantastic watch for ultra runners

This watch has a clear and simplified display with plenty of features. When on long runs I have never had the battery even come close to dying, even on 50+ mile races. Navigation features are slightly clunky but for the price very adequate. The wide variety of actives provide analysis for a variety of sports across all seasons. Never going back to Apple

I’ve had this watch for about a month And I can confidently say I have pretty much figured out all it can do. The functions and fit are very well done and the battery life is amazing compared to my Apple Watch 6 that I had to charge every day. The 2X goes easily for three weeks even with using GPS for hiking, walking the dog, and kayaking. I do live in Florida, so the solar does work for me.

Everything you need and more.

Unless you feel the need to navigate off of a high resolution map on your wrist, or check the time through a night vision device, this watch probably does more than most will ever dream of needing. Killer battery life and expeditious shipping.

So easy to use

I bought my watch to track my lifting, walking, and hiking workouts. So easy to track workouts. The battery lasts 40 days even without the solar charge. The app is ridiculously easy to use. Love it!

Love the data!

I bought it about a month ago! I am a data analyst so I love seeing all of the health data

WOW

What pulled the trigger for me was the torch feature. Very nice feature right at my finger tip. The solar charging feature is a must for me. I wish it could charge faster on solar. The battery is phenomenal for all the functions it has to do. I am over 66 age. So the learning curve is very high for me. I go to u tube for instructions. I am learning something new every day. I wish the strap was nylon with a velcro clasp. Love the watch still learning all the functions.

Good watch but the buttons clicks ruining it..

Bought it in Feb but I felt buttons click so soft. I decided to exchange for another one. The 2nd one seems acting same way after few weeks.

Love it

I've had this watch for just under a month and I've loved it. I previously had the vivoactive 4s and it was good, but the extra features and battery life of the instinct are amazing. I regularly workout twice a day and use to have to charge the vivoactive every day, but can now go days without having to charge which is super helpful. One feature I didn't think I cared much about, but has been awesome has been the flashlight.

Great build quality

I have been using it since one month and the first thing you notice about this watch is its build quality, it feels premium in your hands. About its health features, I am still exploring, but I use sleep tracking, step count, stress level measurement and heart rate monitor. Heart rate monitor is top notch, and it gives quite accurate information. Sleep tracking is above average I would say but that could improve. Not happy

I've owned a Instinct for many years and never got a burn/rubbing mark on my wrist. About one month ago I upgraded to the Instinct 2x Solar. I took it off today and now I have a burn/rubbing mark. That never happened with my first Instinct. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Other than this the watch is prefect.

Big difference in battery life. Was a pain always charging my old instinct. Otherwise functions as I’d expect it to.

Not sure what it's capable of

On the advice of a good friend I purchased an Instinct® 2X Solar device for long hiking. Frankly, I'm overwhelmed with the interface of the four buttons. I clearly need to learn how to navigate to and through the various screens. The watch is what I expected

I bought this watch to expand my line of Garmin watches and to replace a Casio Rangeman. The Instinct 2X has exceeded my expectations both in function and fit. Well worth the purchase. I did replace the band with a standard Fenix band, just didnt like the taper on the Instinct band.

I was hesitant because of the gps navigation being only a follow the line route but after using it for a couple of backpacking trips and every day use all the features that this watch has surely make it worth it.
