Would Not RecommendMy replacement top arrived 7 Apr 23. It's supposed to be waterproof however it's 5 May 23 and water from rain is already seeping through. I'm very unhappy, especially with how much it cost. Don't recommend this product.
Reinforce the grommets with glue before installing
It rotted after a couple of years and each time we had to reorder it the cost was much greater than before.

Great Replacement Option
Would RecommendFits exactly, easy to install, material is not an open weave it is more like a parachute material. This allows use of the structure in rain and keeps what's under the structure dry. Installed it just before the high winds and rain from the Atmospheric Rivers that came through California and it held up wonderfully. Winds were high enough to bend the metal bar along the handle area but not a rip or tear anywhere on the canopy. Love It!

Would Not RecommendIt took my son two hours to put this up. Within two years, the bars to raise and lower the canopy rusted. Then the bars above became rusted within three years. I certainly did not expect such a crummy product for the price. Lowes needs to reanalzevthis product to have it more reinforced so the rust doesn’t take over.
