Easy to pair with an existing system and works flawlessly. I keep this one by the front door for people to whom I don't want to give the gate code. We have the Multi-Connect, but it only works sporadically (probably due to the distance of the wifi to the gate, but I need to call to troubleshoot this), so this is the next best way to handle those guests who should not have a gate code.
