Would Not RecommendI replaced the same style from 26 years ago, but my new one seems less study, not level, the hinge top you can see the openings on the control area.

Electric Range
Would RecommendI love my GE electric range. The stove top is very easy to clean. I haven't used the self-cleaning on the oven yet. The capacity size is great for storing my pots and skillets. I had to go online to print a copy of the User Guide. It didn't come with the Range. The heating elements are better. Overall, it seems to be a good Range.

Nice to have something new
Oven's nice but they use blue sticky tape on the inside shelving. Difficult to remover here. Disabled and sticky of course so trying to burn it off

Cheaply made but cooks & bakes just fine
Why is everything made so cheaply these days. This stove is the same model as my old one that finally died. In comparison there are several things this new stove lacks. I got used to cleaning my oven and racks plus the pans under the burners by throwing them all in the oven to clean as this was a feature. This oven does not allow that. I cook with a round bottom wok quite a bit. These burners do not allow that (I can buy a flat bottom wok though). l lay wooden spoons on the top of the stove wh...

Fast delivery
placed my order for a G.E. electric stove late yesterday evening.i received it before 12pm today.delivery was surprisingly fast and the delivery and install guys were very nice and professional.lowes sent me a 4 prong cord that was all wrong for my plug in but the delivery guy gave me the correct one and I was able to return the wrong one they sent trouble free.i haven't got to use it yet byt im sure im gonna be pleased with it
