Delightful Surprise

I somewhat randomly grabbed these multi-color icicle lights when my son said we should try something other than white this year. I was so hesitant that I didn't even unbox them until a week before Christmas. Wow - they are simply beautiful!!! Such a warm, almost pastel glow - they make the covered porch look like a fairy-tale. Works as promised!

Works as promised. The color was perfect. A true soft white but not too orange. They worked perfectly. They took a day to hang out straight but otherwise they were easy to straighten out and hang up. The store didn’t have as many as we needed in stock but Lowe’s had them online and it took only a few days to arrive at the house. Worked perfectly. Will definitely buy more next year including the non icicle ones so we have all new lights everywhere

You get what you pay for

Mostly ok... Except one section of lights failed to stay lit after the first day. I changed fuses and that section re-illuminated and another random 18 inch section went out. It's obvious that the whole stand CAN work, it is just choosing not to. Which is very annoying as I leave them up all year and generally replace annually because a section "gets fried." These didn't even make it a week. The hassle of trying to replace an out of stock holiday item is enough to push me over the edge. I drink ...

more than 4 connected, buy 5 amp fuses

purchased brand new. We have a total of 10 connected to each other. We kept blowing a fuse. Trial and error.....We had to put 5 amp fuses in the first two strands in order to keep them all lit!

Not reliable - Don't connect more than 5 strands!

If you string more than 4 or 5 together, they will short-out and die! Buyer beware! I recommend spending a bit more on longer strands of higher quality to ensure they last longer. Very pretty when working, but a pain to only be able to connect a few small strands at a time.

Verify the product being sold is new

Product completely gave out on the first attempt of lighting them. Product was not packaged as if new.
