Warranty sucks

Looks great on the house. Three boxes had issues of the 10 purchased. Attempted to utilize warranty vs returning and that process was a joke.

Just put up two new sets of these lights today and already a section is burned out. Don't they make quality items anymore?

We bought a ton of these lights just December last year and having to replace this year as none of our strands work! Absolutely upset about this.

Not made for NY winter

We've had both the white and colored icicle lights and are switching to LED this year hoping for better luck. The white ones did last longer (used for 4 years and only had to replace 1 of 3 strands) with less issues but when we switched to the colored lights we constantly have them going out. The blue lights must be painted (?) because they are fading and portions of the strands are out. This would be our third year with the colored lights and we're scrapping them. Bad product. Do not buy these lights. If the in line fuse is not blowing out, the lights will trip the GFI. These lights are defective, and my local store would not stand by the product and accept a return.

Only worked 1 year

Terrible quality, would expect to get at least a couple years use, especially when not turned on often.

Didn’t work

These are super cute but unfortunately a put 25% of the lights didn’t work right out of the box. I kind of expected better luck that’s why I went with a known brand name

I really like the look.

I really like the way they look. I have seen these on other houses.They will have to wait until next year to go up. It gives me time to find someone to do it.
