They were great

Great lights and I just needed a couple of ft to finish up my decorations. I made the mistake by not getting the right measurements. My wife was a little upset that I messed up. Emotions are a bit heated at this time of year. If you’re married you understand what I mean. Out of a sudden more things are demanded by you. Limit to number of strings to plug in sequence.

The only issue we had was finding out you should not string more than 3 sets of lights together & we were planning on four. Fortunately, the extension cord we bought could handle up to three string and we made it work. The lights were going on a crab apple and just had to make sure we had a male end to plug into the extension cord. Neighbors complained it was too bright!

Wish these were better

After spending 2 hours putting them on our hedge, they worked for less than an hour and turned off. Disappointed, but didn't give up and tried another box of net lights we had and connected the new net lights to the where the problem was occurring. It worked, but then again they went out. All this time spent and the lights would NOT last.

This product is junk. I purchased a total of 13 sets of lights and 8 of them did not work and had to return them.

A new appearance on an old look

Bright. Radiant. Just like the good ol' days, without the wafting smell of ozone

Plug them in before you buy.

After I purchased and returned two sets b/c half of the light set didn't come on, the third worked like a charm.

Disappointed

We purchased 7 boxes of 25 count C9 bulbs last year. Although they are a little dim I hoped to get more than 1 season out of them. Agter setting up this year we have only 2 of the 7 stands that mostly work. The other 5 I tried replacing the fuses and making sure the LEDs all were in place, but was a no go. Disappointed that these have a high price point with limited use and reliability.

Dim!

Purchased these lights today, spent all afternoon putting them up. I have been wanting to switch to LED for a while, was excited. Huge mistake. These would be great if you didnt want anyone to see them. They all lit up and the packaging was decent so I bumped it to 2 stars.

Absolute garbage.

I would give these zero stars if they let me. We bought 7 boxes of these last year to use outdoors. Put them up and they lasted only a couple weeks before some strands were not as bright and some didn’t work at all. We took them down and hoped once everything dried out they would be good. We took them down today to test them and ALL 7 strands had 4 or more lights each not working. We purchased these with the plan of being able to use them several Christmas seasons. Do not buy. Technicalities aside, THESE AREN’T WARM WHITE

I’m angry. I spent hours putting up “warm white” lights. THESE ARE NOT WARM WHITE. They are bright white. I saw the response to a previous reviewer. GE did the classy thing and informed the customer that these were “technically” warm white. Seriously? Now I’m even angrier. Your product is mislabeled, people spend valuable time, energy, and money and you have the audacity to say you’re technically right? Ok. These lights were between $34 to $35. That money was mine. Replacement bulbs

Overall these have been great lights. Great color and easy to work with. My only complaint is that they only come with a red and a blue bulb replacement. I currently have 2 strands that both have a green bulb that does not work. How can I get more replacement bulbs in the other 3 colors?
