Would Not Recommendthe product was never delivered to my home and someone from Lowes was supposed to contact me after I chatted with an agent. I was still charged for the order.
Confusing e-mail
Would RecommendWhen I placed the order, the notification stated the item would be available until 1/2/26. However, I received an email sent 12/31/26 stating the item would be returned to stock at close of business the following day (1/1/26) which I did not see until 1/2/26. Thankfully Amy at the Lowes store in West Mifflin was kind enough to see if the item was still available for pickup and it was. Please correct the miss communication problem with your email notification. Thank you.
