All was well until the two side curtains broke

These are great for small to Medium size bedrooms. However, I am highly disappointed that both side curtains broke. Not happy about that

Product cools exceptionally well. It cools off my small bedroom easily even on low better than I ever expected. It stand up well against southern heat and is priced affordably. Installs quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought this to quickly address cooling the bedroom in my house while I wait for repair on my overall heat pump unit. It does what it's supposed to, was easy to install in the window and low cost.

My AC went out recently, and I had to buy two window ACs. This was the best of the two because it came with a remote control.

Lightweight, easy installation.

Installation was extremely easy and convenient! The product was also light weight.

It is little but mighty.

Our HVAC went out and the part took 6 weeks to come in. We bought this Air Conditioner and put it in a window at the end of our home. It kept our entire downstairs comfortable and with the help of 1 fan in the hall we survived until the HVAC was repaired.

It will cool a room

Installs easily, so far has been effectively cooling a small room. It has survived its first couple of rainstorms as well. It’s a bit on the louder end of AC units but not too bad. As far as energy efficiency it seems to not add a significant amount to the electric bill.
