The unit is quiet, cleans well - especially utensils, thanks to the dedicated jets. So far, plenty of room in each shelf. The wider spacing of the posts is to allow better cleaning that the models of old, so get used to running it more often. This unit allows a 12 foot drain hose - make sure to order it before your unit arrives as the installers won't have it on the truck if you need it. Cheap plastic part

So far I am pleased with the cleaning and drying capabilities of this dishwasher. However, after the third use I opened the door to find a roller piece off one of the tracks melted on the floor of the dishwasher. I will give this dishwasher 5 stars once I receive a replacement part with no issues.

Quiet!!!!

Very quiet as can barely hear this running compared to our older one and enjoy running this even during the day. The knife cleaning organizer on the 3rd rack is a great feature. Cleaning filter also on the bottom is easily accessible!

Looks beautiful!

I love the bottom shelf. It holds so many plates! I'm still having trouble figuring out where to put cereal bowls. They don't all come out completely clean. Third small shelf is great for extra silverware, spatulas, etc. I'm still getting used to the controls. It looks beautiful in my kitchen. My old GE dishwasher lasted 22 years.

Inefficient

The racks do not hold nearly as many dishes as my previous Bosch. The tiny third rack is unnecessary.

Really nice looking piece of equipment

Was very pleased with the quietness of this machine we had a Bosch before and it supposed to be a quiet model. It’s nothing like this machine we have here.

Highly recommend

Love my new dishwasher. It is so quiet I sometimes think I haven't hit the start button. Cleans great and dries spot free. There are settings for everything you could want. Highly recommend.

Dishwasher Dud: Design in Disarray

The third tray (very top for large knives and small items) hold no place for small items like plastic straws; they fall through the mesh. The second tray has two height adjustments that both fail; the high option is too high and cannot place bottles in the "bottle rinser" section. The lower option is so low the spinning water dispenser hits the plates and even utensils. The bottom tray has half the tines (for the racks) straight up instead of the usual slight tilt that keeps plates from knocking...

Silent scrubber

Love this dishwasher! Very quiet. Adjustable rack is a great feature. Pots, pans, and silverware come out sparkling.

Get better software developers

The phone app to control advanced features does not work. Even though I have paired the dishwasher with my phone via Bluetooth, it still wants to connect to my wifi, and then fails despite repeated attempts. Very poor software.

Detergent stuck, crammed space, impractical design

Space is crammed. Half the dish wrack is straight up not partially slanted which is standard for dishes. There are two levels for the top rack; if you use the high level there is no room to put your bottles in the bottle spray section. If you use the lower level, the spinner hits my dishes. The very top rack has no section for straws. Worst of all: the cascade detergent pods are only partially used during the wash, resulting in a goopy blob of detergent to be pulled out of the detergent slot aft...
