Excellent Cleaning and Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher overall, but top drawer is very shallow and the rack design is confusing how to best use. User manual we received was very basic and not useful. The dishwasher cleans very well and is very quiet to operate. The design is thoughtful, modern and well executed.

Quiet and clean for the WIN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The number one thing we wanted in a dishwasher was QUIET and this dishwasher is nearly silent!! Sometimes I think I forgot to turn it on because the sound is so low. Everything is squeaky clean, and I love the bonus silverware rack - we use it for kid cup parts.

GE Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and cleansing great. Capacity is good but silverware rack takes up a lot of room. It came with our new home and was installed with the home. We had a problem with the silverware rack hitting the door seal to the extent that it would have torn the seal over time. They replaced the lower rack and now it works great.

Seeping silicon

Five months old, only used 4 months; seeping silicone, which caused us gut problems; now resolved because we haven’t used since August 2025. We notified GE Profile Consumer service and crickets. So….. $1,500 spent and we need to buy a quality dishwasher to replace the defective GE Profile dishwasher. Unbelievable no Quality Control.

Clean and quiet

Very quiet. The layout for stacking dishes is very good. The one minor thing I would change is that stemware does not fit well in the second rack with the third rack in use. Otherwise, great dishwasher.

Quiet and Cleaner Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Update on the rack - Took the bottom rack out and stood it up on the floor and was able to straighten that side of the rack and all is good now. The dishwasher is very quiet. I find the dishes have a cleaner feel than the previous dishwasher. Cycles are a bit longer, but that is OK. The only issue that I have is the silverware holder in the bottom rack hits the door gasket when trying to push the rack back in. Overall, we are happy, still lear...

Surprisingly quiet

Inefficient and disappointing

This dishwasher isn’t close to what we were expecting. The very top rack is completely in the way and a waste of space. Anything up there is soaking wet and if you use a higher level drying option, then plastic lids melt into it. The next level down barely fits anything because the top rack is in the way and we often find things that were ok that level aren’t fully cleaned. The bottom rack is so spaced out, it loses efficiency. There’s way too much dead space and we’re running the dishwasher way...

Loving it.

Not worth it

Do NOT buy this. It leaks in the back. You can't see it until the damage has been done to your kitchen. I didn't notice it was leaking until my brand new cabinets started to mold. It's beautiful. But NOT worth the distruction. This is the second appliance in the Profile package that has needed service. The appliances are only 6 months old. Stay away

The control panel up top is a nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a beautiful dishwasher - black stainless steel. The buttons up top, instead of on the front, make it easier to see without having to squat or bend over. The racks are very well laid out. It has nice utensil drawer on the very top for knives.

Excellent machine

CORRECTED! Top rack only pulls half way out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As promised I am editing my review 10/7/25. GE absolutely made good on their guarantee and word and replaced the dishwasher with one that works perfectly!! The top rack for glasses only pulls halfway out making it very difficult to use the back half. I hate it! Total waste of money if this isn't corrected!! Brand new dishwasher; this rack was removed and the slide on the right side that the rack goes on only pulls halfway out and hits what app...
