leaks something awful

DW developed a leak near the front. Called warranty service. They replaced the door and seals and after Two times the machine is leaking again. To make matters worse it is the weekend, the call center is closed. 2 repairs will make an entire month unable to use DW.

QUIET

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet, you have to ask google if it is finished! Exceeds our expectations on noise. Love the APP to start the dishwasher, and it does a great job of cleaning our dishes. Totally worth the money!!!

Install from Lowes is a problem

The dishwasher is fantastic, but Lowes uses an outside installer. We were given a window of 2:00 to 5:00 on a Friday. At 10 minutes to 5:00 we still hadn't heard from them. The phone number to call says they're closed at that time and to call back Monday between normal business hours. We had given up on the delivery at 5:20, when the installer showed up. Very Dissapointed

I am deeply disappointed with this dishwasher. This dishwasher replaced an earlier version of the same model that only lasted four years. That one was worked on SIX…yes six times in those four years. Now after only running the new one through TWO cycles, I noticed it was leaking out the corners of the door. I took a closer look and spray arm is melted as well. I upgraded my 6 year old GE profile dishwasher to the new "SMART" version, mainly because it had a third rack for silverware and the jet boost for large bottles. What a mistake. The silverware rack is a waste. Very limited space to use silverware and they don't get any cleaner than the old dishwasher. The SMART operations are awful. Features

I have had my dishwasher since April. I love the dishwasher features like the delay start, the bottle jets, the way it dries everything. My only complaint so far is, I wish the 3rd level rack was deeper. It isn’t low enough to place small items like ramekins, small measuring cups, etc.

After 14th Month Insulation Falling Out of Door

I bought this dishwasher May 2024. It cleans well and is quiet. Two weeks ago chunks of black insulation began falling out of the door onto the floor. ⅓"x2"x3" to 5" pieces. So far 6 pieces have come out. Warranty is expired. GE support says to stop using. On my own to get fixed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
