Zero stars We have bought 2 GE Profile Dishwasher. I have had to replace the pump on one within the first 6 months. They other one the pressure sensor went bad and I replaced. As soon as the warranty was up on broke Completely. The other one shows fail to drain almost ever time I run it. Im really disappointed in the GE brand and will not purchase another Ge product. Completely junk. Do not purchase.

Terrible - always malfunctioning

I hate this dishwasher. It constantly has a FTD (Failure to drain) warning and beeps incessantly. I just bought in July 2024 and it’s only Nov 2024. I regret this purchase

I enjoy the dishwasher especially since it can be controlled from a smart phone! I only wish it would do a 1 hour wash job instead of taking nearly 4 hours to wash the dishes!!

Super Quiet

Had this unit for about 3 months. So far so good. The dry cycle actually works very well and everything comes out spotless. The unit was very quiet after I first installed it, but I added some additional dense foam insulation at the pot. Now the only sound you hear is a faint water splashing sound.

Slightly disappointed.

Purchased a new online. The machine runs well, but it has a defect that does not allow for the full functions I paid for. It came with a factory defect, so the manufacturer must send a replacement. And when it arrives, I have to get it installed myself, so what could have been a 5-star review is THREE stars.

I bought a GE Dishwasher on 10/15/24. They delivered it Saturday 10/19/24. The delivery people opened the box in front of me because it is protocol. When I got to install it mid week, I noticed that the digital board was not properly set. I asked my friend who had a pick up to take it back Saturday 10/26/24. Customer service told me it is a 48 hour window to return an appliance, which is absurd (unless you get a Lowe’s credit card and then it is 30 days). I never got to install it and they...

A good midrange option.

Install for our tech was pretty easy and the extra kit came with everything he needed. It washes and dries very well. Stays dry on the inside also with the air flow. We also like the water bottle sprayers and silverware sprayers. Complaints: the bottom rack does not have enough tines to hold dishes. It’s like it’s missing a whole row in the middle and the ones that fold down don’t adjust to fill in the empty space. The middle rack should be flat not tilted in the middle so bowls will fit proper...
