Make the hole job all in one, just push the play button and let it go, the laundry is very dry

Is really heavy

Easy to operate just have to clean the lint filter every time you use it so it will dry properly

Nice look and idea, poor function.

Made more complex that it needs to be for a very simple process- i'm referring mostly to the electronics (could be simplified considerably), but also the detergent tray options, as well as the filter setup. Even though i bought the extended warranty, if there are any issues past the warranty period, this thing is gone.

Worst appliance purchase I have ever made

Don't buy this! Ive had mine since October of 2023 and it's been nothing but problems. Filter constantly needs cleaning and lint clogs up constantly so clothes don't dry. I tried to return it within the first 6 months and could not. I've kept it because I spent so much money, but Im going to bite the bullet and just get rid of it. Not worth the huge price!

This unit is a peice of crap. We have owned it less than 8 months and have yet to completely dry a single load of laundry in less than 4-6 hours. It is now not drying at all. Gets super hot but can run all day and clothes are still sopping wet. Don't waste your time or money!

Absolutely love this unit!!!!

I absolutely love it! We bought this unit due to space and the fact that it is ventless. I did not know I would love this combo unit as much as I do. All the features are amazing. The whole put it in and done thing is the absolute best. My clothes come out super clean. At this point for us there isn't anything I don't like about this washer dryer combo.

Dryer is poorly designed

I have washed less than 80 small loads in this machine and it has completely quit drying. I learned early on that you do not want to put large loads in it because it will take hours to dry. Now it is not producing any heat at all. And I keep getting messages that the lint filter is clogged, even immediately after the filter was washed. Lint Build up from design flaws

Love this unit for first 6 months. but now has persistent issues w/ lint accumulate that are due poor design. Specifically, unit is experiencing significant internal lint accumulation beyond normal lint filter collection. I love it. You just set everything and when you come back clothes are dry. Only thing the full cycle just seems lengthy

Too good to be true

This washer/dryer combo was purchased two years ago. My husband loves new gadgets and appliances that promise to simplify life, and this unit definitely checked both boxes. Awesome deal

So far we really enjoy it saves time and money and well worth the money as well. I figured out how it works.

So-So

I really love the convenience and concept of the washer-dryer combo, but the drying performance has not been very consistent. Out of the 6 loads I’ve done so far, only 2 loads dried thoroughly.

The first unit that was delivered did not dry the clothes.

Do not buy this combo washer/dryer. There are all kinds of issues with it and there’s currently a class action suit against them.

avoid. buy literally anything else. I've had mine about 6 months and 3 of those its been broken. first drain pump went out and now something causing it to not dry and to give several error codes. I'm sitting here now listening to the repair guys strip screws. sure hope it works

Oh my the fact that i pull out a piece of clothing and shake it for 2 seconds and it is dry, not hot and the spin cycle is amazing

I’m not sure why these get a bad rap. We love ours. We forget laundry in the thing all the time because our lives are super busy. It cleans everything we put in it and we just clean the filter after every use not when it says to. I use a paint brush to clean it, works pretty good. We have tried regular cloths, towels, blankets, and I small summer comforter. Everything comes out perfect and if you want it dry to the touch just hit more dry. Drying issue

Just bought mine yesterday, I have to try 3 more attempt to get my clothes dry. Washer part is fine. No problem. Just the drying. So not recommended for 2 in 1.
