This unit is very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. Our old dishwasher would discolor any aluminum washed. This unit does not. Very happy with our purchase.

Bad quality

Bought house built in 2023 with ge appliances , now the front door leaking water both left and right. N3ver faced this issue with previous houses other brand appliances

lower spray arm defective - twice failed/replaced

We are very disappointed in this diswasher. Was purchased as part of upgraded premium kithen package of all GE Profile applainces in new house build. (I do not recommend any of the GE Profile Appliances that we have - but the dishwasher has been the worse). In less than 40 dishwasher cycles, the lower sprayarm (part number WD22X33499) has failed and bee replaced TWICE. We've had GE warranty repair at the house twice to exchange the identical part.

Very disappointing

Started leaking out of the door after a month. Suspect high dry boost messed the seals up since some mixing bowls I’ve had 20 years showed permanent plastic deformation afterwards. This was when the leaking started. Stopped using the high dry boost. Now the bottom spinner that sprays the water is significantly melted. Would not recommend.

Good dishwasher

Nice Dishwasher but it is difficult to add rinse aid. Rinse aid site glass difficult to see and discern fill. Also dishwasher takes a long time but is quiet

Okay dishwasher

This dishwasher seems smaller inside than my previous ones, though it is a standard size. I have to wash off anything that is’gooey’ or it won’t come clean. Example is the bowl for my husband’s oatmeal every day. Anything with cheese, cream style corn, pudding, etc has to be pre-washed. I seldom use the drying cycle because it takes quite a bit longer. It is hard to get to the very back of the upper rack as the rack doesn’t seem to pull out quite as far as previous ones. We use the dishwasher ...

Lower Spray Arm Ends Keep Melting

Purchased this dishwasher along with all GE or GE Profile appliances in September of 2025: - Refrigerator - Washer - Dryer - Stove - Stove hood - Microwave Lower spray arm ends keep melting presumably due to contact with the heating element. It used to have a thermal protection on the ends of the spray arm it seems - read that as a piece of metal - but no longer. Dries Dishes

This is the first dishwasher I have had that truly dries the dishes! One suggestion is for the app to allow users to start the cycle because the start button is somewhat difficult to press when the dishwasher is closed.

Defective unit...or was it the installer?

I purchased this unit in early December 2025. It took almost a month for installation and delivery. I noticed when the installer was leaving that the door was not level, and the right side stuck further out than the left. I figured it was not a big deal, so I let it be. Flash forward two weeks, and I notice small puddles on the floor in front of the dishwasher. I chalked it up to my son opening the door while it was running. Junk

Worse dishwasher ever created. Leaves dishes soaking wet unless you dry them for 2 to 3 hours. Highly recommend not wasting any money on this pile of useless parts

Not user Friendly

The machine only works on one cycle. Sometimes it doesn't work and will just alarm every few minutes. After several attempts and a full day it worked holding it several seconds; that is what I had been doing. It seems to try and force you to use the APP. I do not need a dishwasher APP

Great dishwasher

This dishwasher leaves the dishes spotless and it is so quiet that you wouldn’t even know it is on.

Very Frustrated - leaking

I’ll start by saying I’m a handyman. I generally read reviews, order the item, and find that the concerns outlined in the reviews aren’t that bad if you have general knowledge of how to do little fixes. This dishwasher is NOT the case. The dishwasher worked great for about a week before it leaked from under the front of the unit. No big deal, we bought a protection plan for a reason. Works great

This dishwasher is great! It cleans well and is quiet. I like that I can set it for a delayed start so that it’ll clean while I sleep.

Flimsy piping/interior

Plastic piping is flimsy. Plastic jets attachment came off in less than a month. Using zip ties to keep everything secure. Draws seem cheap and flimsy.

Brand new dishwasher leaked all over floor

We just moved into our brand new home We have been buying GE Appliances for 40 years, and never a problem. Our brand new dishwasher just leaked all over our kitchen floor. Waiting for the outfit it was bought from to find out why. Our plumber said the seals in the dishwasher are bad. Not very happy right now. They don't make things like they used to.
