Quiet and easy to load
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is roomy and easy to load. And it’s quiet, which is important, given they our kitchen and family room are adjacent. Love the third rack more than I thought I would.

The capacity is perfect for me, the number of cycles is perfect and the installer had it put it in no time. Clean and professional. And the little slide drawer on the top is the best.

Terrible Installation Service
Would Not RecommendOn September 7, 2025 I ordered a GE Profile Dishwasher online. Excited to get it but found out that is a very hard thing to do. After many calls to the Lowe's Support team the installer arrived with the dishwasher on September 20th. He told me we had an electrical issue that had to be corrected before the dishwasher could be installed. Hired an electrician who came out on Monday and took care of the problem. Do not buy a GE appliance
Would Not RecommendI have had the worst experience with GE over this dishwasher that I have ever had. They have sent five different contract repairmen to my home. And it still doesn’t work. I was promised a replacement by a consumer service relations rep but they have decided to replace parts again that was just replace two weeks ago (and didn’t solve the problem). No one above a consumer relations rep will even speak with a GE customer. It’s the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don’t buy this dishwasher!...

Melted spray arm and leak after 3 weeks
Would Not RecommendPurchased this model about 3 weeks ago to replace another GE dishwasher we had. My fault for not noticing the subtle design differences, but this model has two design flaws. The first is a small annoyance - they utensil basket handle hits the rubber gasket when trying to push in the bottom tray. You have to push the basket handle to the left slightly so that it clears the gasket, which will then allow you to push the tray in. Not a deal breaker. What IS a deal breaker is the heating element...

Silverware rack rubs on gasket
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why do you make a brand new diswasher where the silverware tray rubs against the side gasket everytime you push the bottom rack into the dishwasher. Had it checked by a warranty call and they said that is normal. Over time it will rip the gasket and cause a leak. But if that is normal I guess it is what it is.
