Nice

Very nice unit,seems well built. Lots of features. Have only run 2 loads so far. Our arrangement requires the washer/dryer to be stacked. The stakes kit is a bit pricey but we'll made. Between the none skid feet on the washer and the weight of the two it is almost impossible to move once stacked. I recommend hiring a couple of people for this just because it's so hard to move. Also my wife needs a stool to reach the dryer controls.

Easy to Operate

Very easy to install once the correct outlets were configured. Clean, efficient and quiet. The capacity of the drum is amazing....currently, my 6 year old is learn ing how to do her own laundry its that easy to use!

Dryer does a good job! Wish it would keep clothes fresh after drying cycle for more than an hour. And the other thing I don’t like is filter is a pain to clean. You have to open filter and lint goes everywhere when you do that.

Dries Fast

So far this dryer works great! Dries huge loads in around 30 minutes.

I love the dryer it lets me know when drying is done. Now I don’t have wrinkly clothes, and if I forget to take it out it gives me a reminder again.

Looks great

So far I really like it but I think the preset cycles are mostly too short and my clothes are often slightly damp, so I end up using the Timed Cycle for 1 hour most of the time. I also would like for the Extended Tumble time to be longer than 1 hour. I’m disappointed at the look of the drying rack that can be purchased separately, it looks flimsy and has a negative review.

Dryer

So far so good. This dryer delivers with drying for our pool towels with ease. Right now, it's only a month old.

New Dryer

We have only been using this for 2 weeks now but so far, we like it. It is not super noisy, and it dries the clothes quickly. We had some issues with the company who was supposed to install / set up our new washer and dryer and therefore had to switch the door ourselves. Reading the instructions was not helpful at all for the fact that there was a lot of specific terminology. We ended up YouTubing it and it was much easier.

Great all round product

Works well and dries clothes perfectly and timeously. The sound could have been a little louder but since it reports to the app it’s not a major issue. The only thing I think they could improve on is the filter. When you take it out you have to unfold it to remove the lint. The connection between the 2 portions of the filter is just a plastic piece and I believe in time that will split. Some hinge mechanism would have been better for longevity.
