Supposed to include brackets to enable use on 32” or 34” depth machines, but the one I had delivered was missing the 34” brackets that I needed. Annoying, but returned to store easily enough and ordered another set from Best Buy cause they actually had them in store to collect. And it was also missing the 34” brackets. It's hard sometimes to find product in stores this days. Happy that Lowe's had it in stock.

Excessively expensive.

This bracket set consists of two metal brackets and 8 screws. It is absolutely necessary for installation of stacked washer/dryer. Why it's not automatically a part of the whole kit is unclear. However, the most unbelievable factor is the price.... $69.00...outrageous ! what a conning way to squeeze more money out of customers.

Very easy to install. Secured the stackable units together very securely. All parts required are included.

Love our stacked, full-size set - connector works!

Don't forget one of these when stacking separate units. I am impressed that a full-size, high-quality washer and dryer set works so well despite the size. There is no problem typical to stackable units -- like off-balanced, moving-around-the-room during operation.

Don't buy appliances from Lowe's online.

We purchased a dryer online, plus an "installation kit" for free installation. The dryer arrived in excellent condition and worked (this was the 2nd dryer - the first had a warped drum and didn't heat). The third-party delivery and installation service could not install with the equipment used to install the old dryer due to company policy. Bad experience

We had a terrible experience with Lowes. We purchased a washer dryer and the above stacking kit. Lowes delivery said they couldn't remove our old washer (we had someone else remove it without problem). Then when they finally did deliver the washer dryer they botched the hookup. The electrical was wrong and almost electrocuted us and they pushed the washer dryer into a tight space and forgot to turn the water on. All in all a very bad experience.

Buyer beware

First, ensure this is included when purchasing a stackable washer and dryer. It was not included with our order and the "installers" left our dryer in our living room (even though they could have put the washer/dryer side by side until we got the stacking kit). Second, ensure you get the correct size for your washer/dryer. We were sold a 27" kit for our 24" washer/dryer and the "installers" still used it. Disappointing

Rather disappointed with the product. Much smaller than I need. Not sure I understand why my old and larger GE model was able to be removed but I was not able to get a larger new model. The washer is ok, though not ideal. The dryer is not very efficient and I believe it will cost me more to get things dry.
