poor fit

If you're paying $80 for 50 cents of metal and screws, you'd think they'd have better tolerances. Attach to the washer, then use pliers to bend the tabs back. This may allow you to line up the top screw. Yes, in the directions they say to keep the bottom screws lose to line up the top. It helps but you'll still need to bend the brackets.

Awful experience

The Lowes delivery people messed up with it , they don’t install correctly and is shake badly, and for fixing the issue they need return the dryer and the stackable system and is take time all the process; prefer return the whole system and buy something more easily to install

Not in stock $50 shipping charge on $15 item

Store doesn’t stock this for a stacking w/d. Shipper won’t install without it even if customer doesn’t require it. It’s a small silly piece that really wont hold the thing up in an earthquake. Lowes ERROR!

The appliance salesman ordered the wrong stacking kit for my washer/dryer there the delivery men couldn't install it! I ended up with a dryer left on the living room and un usable! Don't buy appliances from Lowe's online.

We purchased a dryer online, plus an "installation kit" for free installation. The dryer arrived in excellent condition and worked (this was the 2nd dryer - the first had a warped drum and didn't heat). The third-party delivery and installation service could not install with the equipment used to install the old dryer due to company policy. Make Sure You understand Needs of Deluvery Folks

I am still waiting for the stackable washer/dryer to be installed after two attempts over a month. First time did not bring stackable hardware. Second time said issues with vent connection. I’m about to tell them to come get them as they are still in the boxes.

First, ensure this is included when purchasing a stackable washer and dryer. It was not included with our order and the "installers" left our dryer in our living room (even though they could have put the washer/dryer side by side until we got the stacking kit). Issue After Issue

In our experience, it is difficult to get the correct product. The stacking kit we received with the first delivery was labeled incorrectly. It had one lable for what was inside the box and another label for a different stacking kit.
