Not warm white. Don’t get.

Warm white was supposed to be to color. It’s bright white.

Paid $100 to replace our outdoor icicle lights with these. They lasted just over a month - bulbs went really dim and some don’t even work. Had to pay $40 to shop them back for warranty consideration. Definitely do not recommend these lights!

Not warm white

These do not match warm white lights. They are cool white. Wasted a lot if time putting these on house to take them right back down. Nothing looks worse than a mix of warm and cool white lights. They don't even match other ge warm led bulbs in different sizes

Avoid these lights

We bought these lights several years ago and have had nothing but hassle when it comes to setting them up. For some reason they work when we store them, then don’t work the next year. Have been swapping out bulbs and buying more strands year after year. Just pulled them out this year and guess what?!?! 1 out of 4 strands work. All done!

Enjoyed in 2023 now half a strand is out

We enjoyed these last winter, but I just got them out of storage for 2024 and of our two strands, one of the two is half-out. The GE 3-year warranty is useless because it requires shipping both ways to CT. I'll try taking back to my local Lowe's for an exchange since they are an "exclusive" product.

Not warm white, cheap clips

Super displeased with these. These are not warm white at all. They are cool white, even though the package says warm white. How does this get messed up...spent half day hanging lights to realize not the right color. Also the clips to hook on gutter are cheap and break easily. Awful lights.

TRASH

I would give these a zero star rating but that's not possible. Nothing says Happy Holidays like buying 8 sets of these and only two work the next year. Might as well just burn your house down as that might twinkle a little longer then these.

Color should be called "Daylight"

The color should be called "Daylight," as its color temperature is nearly 5000K. GE is misleading by labeling it as "Warm White."

Bad Choice

Bought 2 in 2023 and lasted only 1 season.

They don't last one season.

Trust the negative reviews. I purchased these when my 5 year old philips C9 lights started going out. However, these didn't even last one month before having handfuls of out bulbs. The following year, I purchased an additional smaller strand to use the bulbs and replace my bulbs that died in my two larger strands. Once again, within TWO WEEKS, I had bulbs dying. After December, I had 6-8 dead bulbs on each strand. These are trash. If you take the bulbs out, you will see that the metal contacts...

These do not last more than one season if you live in a wet outdoor climate. I live in NE Ohio. I spent hundreds of dollars throwing away these sets and buying new ones every single year. One year I had had enough and started investigating my sets. Yes, the LED bulbs will last forever, but the cheap wire corrodes away from the light bulb when exposed to water. Horrible product for outdoors.

Horrible

Bought 3 of these and they worked last year. Went to put them up for 2024 and none of them work. Fuses are fine, no loose or burnt bulbs and all the wiring is good. Absolutely crap that they didn’t last a full year and my local Lowe’s said it’s not their problem. Absolutely horrible.

Bought 3 of these Nov 2023, went to put them up today and all strands but 1 not working. Stored properly and changed fuses....no lights. So frustrating

Last less then a year!

We purchased 6 sets of the GE 100-count Energy Smart Warm White LED Diamond Cut C9 Christmas Lights and have had them for one year. We stored properly and 3 of the 6 sets no longer work. We purchased replacement bulbs and switched everyone out to no avail. We also checked the fuses with a continuity tester and lights would still not work. Not only did we waste hours of our time we still do not have working lights! Extremely disappointing!

Check your MFG date

I bought 7 strands last year 2023. 2 of them dont work. I took them back to Lowes. The customer service guy told me to call GE. I called GE. They told me sorry its out of warranty. I had my recipe and everything when I took them back. The GE warranty lady told me that your lights were manufactured in 2018. So by the time I bought them last year they were already out of warranty. Same on Lowes for selling them, shame on GE for not warranting them. I can proof with my recipe that they were purchas...

Pure junk. Doesn't even last a year.

Bought these lights last year. put them up this year. Already broken. I would avoid and buy a different brand.

Led c9 out door lights and led net lights

Very disappointed. Bought 4 100 count led outdoor c9 lights and all 4 have strands out. Replaced fuses and nothing. They are all weathered and look very old. Didn’t last at all. Stored correctly! Net lights worked for a week! Took them back and got new ones that last 2 weeks. GE lights are the worst!
