Waste of money and warranty center is garbage

We spent $400 total on these lights. Didn’t even make it through the first Christmas. Warrantied 5/7 lights, which didn’t come in until after Christmas. The next year, we go to put up the brand new lights we received and they don’t work either. Called again to start another warranty claim and they won’t exchange them or help us in any way. These are NOT warm white!

We bought these lights for the outline of our roof to replace the ones we previously had. All of the icicle lights we hang from our garage and decorate the lower half of our house with are warm white- when testing these in store they appeared to be warmer than the other c-9 bulbs. We hired someone to hang them for us and were so disappointed when it got dark out and realized they are NOT warm and did not match the rest of our house. Every year is a fight

I bought two strands in 2020. By the end of the season some bulbs were out. At that time I would have given 5 stars. In 2021, neither strand lit. I was able to use bulbs from one strand to get the second strand working and I purchased a third strand. I need two for my roof. In 2022, no strands lit at the start of the season. Do not buy

Lights only worked for 1 holiday season. Year 2 went to hang them up again and an entire strand was out. Tried everything without success. Spoke to a professional lighting company who said they would always avoid this type of light. Customer service from the company has not been timely in response or helpful.

These don’t last

We bought several strands of these last year before Christmas. We had our old lights already up then and simply stored them still wrapped on large rolls. We tested each after purchasing and they worked. We got them out this year and they’ve been lit at night for 10 days. Already one roll is half dark and another one comes and goes—half lit, then all lit. We are very, very disappointed.

Bought 4 rolls of these lights last year. They were on my house for a max of 6 weeks and put in a storage container. One year later only 1 of the 4 rolls works. Extremely disappointing

Only works for 2 days?

Purchased 4 of the 66 foot spools to cover a 2400 square foot roof. Imagine our excitement when it was lit up and glowing brightly...only to have them stop working completely 2 days later! The work of putting them up, and now to have to climb back up and start troubleshooting in the hope of saving a major section of our display, is beyond frustrating, especially in freezing weather conditions. LED lighting was supposed to be the cure-all, end-all to power consumption and a throw-away society....

Stopped working after 1 week

At first these lights looked great. We put them on a very large pine, took alot of time to do and I was so happy with how it looked. Fast forward 1 week, and 2 of the 3 strings wont turn on, while 1 strand barely works. The lights are on but incredibly dim. I will be taking them off the tree and returning the product. So infuriating to spend the time and money on them for it to fail so quickly.

Color is misleading

I bought 3 of these 100 bulb packs and it says Warm White. I see that as 2700K-3000K. These lights are more like 4000K or more. Not warm white at all. Now I need to take all lights down and hopefully return. Then find the correct color white lights.

Not at all warm.

These lights are basically blue, in my opinion. Was hoping for the warm white that was displayed at the store. We had someone hang our lights for us so we had not opened them before hand (trusting the label that they were warm). Now our house is already done and it’s not what we wanted at all. Pretty disappointing.

Very Bright/Big

Very bright and big. Really stand out.

Wrong color

There is nothing soft white about these. We originally bought them 2 yrs ago. Re bought them this year thinking we bought the wrong color last time. My husband put them up and again they don’t match any of our other lights. They are more bright white/led white. It can’t be this hard to get matching soft white lights to put up. I will never buy this brand again.

The one in the store is COOL white!

Very disappointed!

Bought these lights brand new last year, and when we went to plug them in this year, we have a whole strand out. I chose these lights and brand for their reputation of being good and hopefully not having to replace lights every year like the cheap ones I have purchased in the past. Very disappointing considering the price and the high-quality they were supposed to be!! Now I have to buy new lights and not happy.

Worked great last year Was very careful in storage for this year, Now two out of three strings don't work and several strings burn very dim Stick to the mini lights !! These are still working great

Completely mislabeled

Although labeled as such, these are not even close to warm white, a fact I discovered after I bought 5 of them at Lowe’s and then had to drive all the way back to return. I tested all the different varieties of that type and they’re all cool white. The only truly warm whit GE lights I found were the regular mini lights. There was a shopping cart at the customer service desk loaded up with these that had be returned as well as mine…inexcusable. Don’t buy them if you want warm whites.

NOT Warm White

I bought two strands to replace the lights that outline my house, but was able to re-use the "other brand" warm white lights from last year, that outlined the garage roof. I knew there would be a difference in color, due to the garage lights being in the elements one year already. But the new lights are NOT warm white. So disappointing, especially since it's too cold now for me to get up on the roof and replace them. If you hate LED because of the garishness, but warm white was your thing, avoid...
