Great features for the price

Don’t pick this one!

We bought a GE Profile refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven at the same time. So far we are quite happy with the fridge and oven, this dishwasher not so much. It will not dry any of your dishes unless you use the high dry boost which will make you dishwashing cycle three hours long. The silverware basket will catch every time you close the bottom tray. The buttons are super sensitive and in a terrible location, so they will go off every time you shut the door or unload the dishwasher. The do...

Quiet, effective dishwasher

Installation was quick and easy. Since mine was hardwired, Lowes would not do the installation. But it was a simple installation. Just attach 3 wires together and put them in the box. I put in a new water connection too. Took all of 45 minutes.

Normal wash cycle isn't great

Install instructions very unclear and normal wash cycle doesn't clean everything fully

Third rack / water bottle jets

Love my new GE dishwasher with 3rd rack for small items and the water bottle jets are a wonderful addition. Now all 3 of my kitchen appliances are GE and I couldn't be happier.

Washes very clean and is very quiet.

Great cleaning and very quiet. Pull out trays feel very solid and stable. Controls are easy to read. Requires some effort to open or close door fully. Makes me reluctant to fully close door each time I add a dirty dish. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product. Price was competitive.

Stuck with defective upper rack

Purchased this dishwasher August 2025. Have had numerous service calls for RIGHT SIDE ONLY upper rack not pulling out all the way, wobbling, rough uneven glide. Multiple service calls. Right side rail arm has been replaced several times, entire upper rack replaced at one point. None of these "fixes" have resolved issue to date. Dishwasher deemed not repairable.

Nothing but problems 5 months in.

The first few months were fine, but then I started having a lot of trouble. The biggest issue is that it does not clean the dishes well. I have constant coffee rings on the cups. Coffee rings! How is it not cleaning that off? If I have glass bake wear on the bottom rack, most of the time it comes out looking greasy and dirty. I have small food particles stuck on silverware and dishes. I also have intermittent draining issues. I have had a service man come out, and ended up having to pay $150 fee...

Horrible dishwasher

We have used this dishwasher for a month. It has performed horribly. It does not clean the dishes. It does not rinse well. Glasses still have a soapy taste. It was delayed in its delivery. The installation instructions were confusing. The third rack is a joke. Nothing get cleaned here. trying to return it but Lowes is balking. GE won't respond either.

So far, so good!

It is so quiet! Dishes come out sparlkling clean. I am not sure about the heat dry function as dishes are still coming out wet. This could be an operator error. :) Will update when I know for sure!

I don’t need my dishwasher to be connected to WiFi

The dishwasher was easy to install and was very quiet when it ran. However, I returned it because I did not like the way my dishes loaded. The top rack had to be in the “up” position so the washer bar did not hit the dinner plates on the bottom rack. The top rack has a hump in the middle that does not allow for center loading of cereal bowls or dessert plates. I felt like I was only able to load about half of the dishes my prior unit held.
