This dishwasher is so loud!

I just had this dishwasher installed to replace a Samsung that ran at 54 decibels but had a small plastic piece break which costs $400 to fix. The specifications say it runs at 52 decibels so I thought this would be an upgrade. But from the moment the installer turned it on, it is loud! I put my decibel app next to it and it actually run at an average of 56 decibels and gets as loud as 63 decibels. I don’t know how they can advertise this as a quiet machine. Make sure you know what you’re buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To me, this is a very flimsy cheaper model than I expected it to be as I ordered it online. It is noisy so something to consider.

Quality

Product seems cheaply made. The plastic makes it seem insubstantial. Don’t know who designed the internal racks but they are difficult to load efficiently. Given that it does clean but doesn’t dry the dishes very well.

Quiet Cycles

Extremely Happy

They completed the work quickly and removed my previous 3 year old dishwasher that died quickly. This new GE dishwasher is even more quiet than the more expensive GE Profile that I replaced.
