Horrible smell

Horrible smell. Plumbing and drain installed correctly.

Buy a better model or brand

spray arms are broken/dangling after 3rd use. Warranty company still has not received the correct parts. Machine generally seems very cheap compared to my 20 year old Frigidaire that it replaced.

48 hour window to exchange appliance??

Dishwasher. It’s broken. We initially ran it empty to make sure it didn’t leak, no leaks, Was delivered Tuesday. Took a couple of days to get enough dirty dishes to run a load, ran it Friday, didn’t clean, didn’t drain, didn’t dry. Guess what Lowes did? You guessed it.. nothing. I was already annoyed I got suckered into getting a credit card to save money on my first purchase.. turns out my purchase didn’t “qualify” for the discount. Two repairs

We have owned this dishwasher for three years. We are currently in need of our SECOND repair. I do NOT recommend this particular model.

GE Dishwasher

I love my new GE dishwasher. The one I had lasted for more than 20 years. It's quiet so that my husband can sit at the kitchen table while it's running. The features may take me awhile to master but I'm already in love with the options available. The man who installed it really knew what he was doing and he was finished removing the old machine and installing the new one in just about an hour. And he took all the junk away. I'm not sure if it's going to fit all the pans and dishes I usually wash...

some soap left over

very quiet dish washer. Wash everything clean but no matter what cycle I choose with out dry. There is always some soap left over when I open it after cycle completed.

Regretful purchase

Doesn't dry dishes, seems like there is no heat so dishes don't get sanitized. I regret buying this dishwaser

Works fine and cleans well

So far so good. This is our second GE dishwasher and the previous one lasted over 12 years so we're hoping on getting the same with this one. Installation was easy replacing the old one.

The product is awful, loud, doesn’t get dry when running the dry boost

Multiple malfunctions, disappointing purchase

Dishwasher is less than 2 years old and already experiencing problems. First the door spring came off its tracks. Now the dishwasher is permanently stuck in drain mode. Big disappointment.

Works great!

I actually DO need help. I paid for installation but had to have it installed by someone else. I've been waiting on it to be refunded since March 31.

Standard dishwasher

It seems to be a pretty standard dishwasher. Less than 1 year in the soap dispenser wouldn't open at correct times. Our builder replaced the entire unit about 10 months in.

Wonderful Product

Looks great. Easy to use. Washes and dries perfectly. I highly recommend this product. Cost efficient and does a terrific job. Quiet running.

Love this machine.

Works as it should. I'll write another review after some more time goes by. But so far, I love how quiet and functional it is.

It actually cleans

I've been pleasantly surprised by this dishwasher. The only other dishwasher I've owned didn't do much cleaning, so I rarely used it, except to sanitize or something. Or to have already "rinsed" the dishes so well they were really already clean and ready to be dried and put away. But we just built a new house and it seemed ridiculous to build a brand new house and not have a place for a dishwasher, so we got this one as part of a GE set with a rebate. Features are perfect

Looks very good and performs very well. A little noisy, but overall it is a nice unit. Size is good. Easy installation. Lots of features. Capacity is good. and the cycles are nice and fits our needs.

Unreliable

How many times have I started my day only to discover that the dishwasher either never started or started and never finished its cycle? Cannot count how many.

Lemon Law of Appliances

Replaced existing dishwasher during kitchen remodel and within 1 month, the dishwasher stopped working. It was sporadic for about a week when we called for service. The tech mentioned it was not unusual for GE machines but typically was in older machines. Over all we had the tech come out 4 times for the same symptom and after replacing 3 different components. Now we received a credit and will be buying yet another one and likely paying an additional $100 or so for another GE since we need SLAT...

Bottom of the line

Sealant has come apart at least five times in less than 8 months. My old GE was over 20 years old and I never had a service call. This model is not easy to load properly, takes too much time to clean and would not recommend this model . The interior looks very cheap.
