Would Not RecommendThe look of the product is nice. It is quiet and does a good job cleaning. However, the racks are very light and the bottom rack falls off the track. Doesn't feel study if not loaded with dishes. The racks are cheap. The utensil basket is cheap too.

Did not work out of the box
Would Not RecommendThis was installed by a professional, and it did not work out of the box. I had to call GE for service and wait another 10 days for a repairman to be scheduled. I will not buy another appliance from Lowe’s.

Long wash cycle
Would RecommendSmells funny at first. I have run it twice and hoping the odor goes away in time. Takes about 3.5-4 hours to run on heavy with sanitizer. Run before going to bed.

Not Inclusive- but works
Would Not RecommendThis washer does wash dishes and dries them if you use a rinse aid. However, you still have to leave the door open to let the dishes and the inside dry. My biggest complaint is that it's not inclusive of the deaf/HOH community. I cannot tell if it is washing, drying, or done because you can only see one light, and it's either flashing, on, or off. Cheaply made
Cheap!! Built a home with this installed and have had nothing but trouble from the get go. Wheels breaking and falling off constantly, brackets holding racks breaking, terribly made! Now less than 2 years and stopped working. All my appliances in my home are GE, which is unfortunate! GE oven went out just after warranty expired. Gradually replacing my GE appliances with another brand!

We've upgraded our 33 year old dishwasher with this open box item which has mild damage, but worked just fine. Due to COVID surcharge we weren't able to afford a dishwasher at regular price, but found this open box model for 1/4th the price, which was about the same price we purchased our 33 year old dishwasher for.
