GE product standards and performance.

We have used GE products for many years. This is a new dishwasher so I'm hoping it's performance meets it's advertised standards .

Great dishwasher.

Well built dishwasher with good arrangements for dishes. It is not very fancy but gets the work done.

Useless support phone number

It leaves a scum on silverware and a glass baking pan. The website doesn’t help. The phone we call for service does not get us to a person. The call back fails, leaves a phone number that starts us all over. No help

Meh. It came with the new house.

Had less than a year, calling for service. At least 3 times now it has “started” the wash cycle and countdown without actually running. The detergent dispenser opens and that’s it. After 1.2 hours it sings that it is clean, but alas, everything is in the exact same state as when I started the cycle.

This product has wonderful features.

So far, having my new product for 3 1/2 days now, I am very pleased. It is the white color I asked for. It is very quiet.

Exactly what I ordered.

The packaging was great, very secure. Upon opening everthing looked great. Easy installation. The first cycle ran great. The only worries I had was my plumbing skills are the best. I pulled it off. No leaks!!

Terrible Dishwasher

Takes over 3 hrs to allegedly clean and half the time my dishes are still dirty. Dishwashee is not overpacked. Wash cycle many times there is no water, coming through which is strange to me. Also, dishwasher has an stale odor that transfers to the dishes. Very disappointed in this product. This product is less than a yr old. My previous16 yr old dishwasher worked way better than this plastic piece of garbage. Will never by GE dishwasher again.

Poor rack design

Washes well, but the racks are not as good as my 20 yr old GE dishwasher was. I am not a fan of the silverware rack either

Features on my new oven

I truly love the features on my new oven...and it's Bluetooth! I never thought I'd own one with all of the capabilities it has. I'm so excited. Thank you for this product you made. I love it !

FTD

Had to have it fixed after 1week owned it for 3 years and all it does is have an FTD alarm

Fits terrible in openning

Brand new home, opened door to dishwasher it immediately dropped down had to hold on to keep from hitting my leg, dishwasher cycle doesn't work shuts off immediately

2 years and broke

My dishwasher is only 2 years. The control panel already went out. Not worth the money…

Basic Dishwasher

This seems to be a basic, entry level dishwasher. I do appreciate that it comes with a chopstick holder. It is quieter than I expected. The insulation around the machine is thin, so I was expecting it to be louder (it is advertised to be 52 dBA). It seems to clean reasonably well. I'm not convinced that the Dry Boost works that well. The sides of the dishwasher stays wet for a long time. The organization of the bottom rack seems to leave a lot of empty. Maybe it works well if you put la...
