Worse dishwasher I’ve ever owned

Worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned. Had to buy a Bosch after purchasing this one, 1 year ago.

Awesome so far

I think the technology is great. The real test is going to be how long does it last. Did we compromise longevity for short term technology that engineered to keep customers repairing or replacing the unit in order to keep making a profit.

Good machine!

Overall decent machine. Capacity for me is a lot, there is only the two of us, so it takes a few days to get a load. First couple washes I experimented with the various settings and took a while for Dry Boost setting, Like 2 hours? If I want quicker wash, I use the 1-hour wash setting and no dry setting. Leave the door closed to keep the heat in. About an hour later most was dry except tops of coffee mugs and tall glasses had small amount of water, even after I placed them in on an angle. Next w...

Great washer that doesn't break the bank

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does a great job. My dishes, glasses and silverware came out sparkling clean. It is very quiet and the multiple settings allow for adjusting to various loads.

We are very happy with our dishwasher. I love the delayed start feature. Also, love the extra heated dry. Deep trays

Would not recommend

When it worked the cycles are very long but it stopped working a year ago and service man could not repair it. Multiple error codes primarily FTD

Easy to use

Interior Racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model's interior racks don't roll as smoothly as the last model I had. They seem to get caught during the transition from the interior to the door. Otherwise I am happy so far.

A little loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed yesterday. Only did a test run & it’s a little on the loud side. It’s a very simple dishwasher. I bought the same brand 4 years ago & it just went out. I decided to try the lower model, I hope I don’t regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this dishwasher. We have an open-concept living/kitchen area, so a quiet machine is key, and this one is quiet. It has a large capacity, though we do rinse before loading, and I like the silverware divider. The normal cycle takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes, and the dishes come out pretty dry (only wet where you'd expect them to be).

Endless Errors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 14 months in the unit started outputting the Failure to Drain error. Pressure sensor cleaned, and issue persisted. Swapped pressure sensor, same issue. Swapped drain hose, same issue. Swapped drain pump and issue went away. One week later the H20 error occurred. Swapped back to original pressure sensor and it worked for one cycle. Everything works properly, but we can't get the unit to complete a cycle. We are now going to swap the main board a...
