Difficulty connecting to WiFi

I have not been able to set these up through the app at all. Got it set up through Google Home, but it only lasted one day. So I deleted them and tried to reinstall with no luck. I'm gonna return for another brand.

Bought two of these. Downloaded app and CANNOT proceed without picking a subscription option (I select the $12.99 monthly option). What?!?!? Continue to attempt to install Cync by GE bulbs. App asks me to reset by flicking bulbs on, off, on, of, on. Nothing. After, like, 20 attempts! I love these bulbs. There are only two things I would change: Firstly, though the white hue is nice and bright, illuminates a room very well at 100 percent, every other shade, even the other levels of white, are much less intense by comparison, and even at 100 percent it's hard to see with some of them. Terrible connection

Would Not Recommend

Had 2 for a while and they were fine. Decided to get third and it was a complete nightmare to setup. After connecting the new one the other two stopped responding. Had to fully reset them by going through the light on/off process several times. One finally connected but another just won’t. I’ve reset it 4 times already with no luck. Don’t get these. The Feit bulbs I have are much better and responsive.
