To use this product you need to memorize the full email address, and password. I have several emails like most people. I use my cell phone to turn the light on. Would Not RecommendThis lightbulb requires you to use an app with a monthly subscription to work. Online reviews for this app are bad, besides the obviously fake numerous 5 stars. Get the Feit brand ones. Free app and actually works all the time. Bought the Cync ones by mistake, won’t happen again.

Would RecommendGreat smart lights. Use these inside and outside my house. Can be controlled via the Cync app or via Alexa. You can also build timed routines and scenes for the lights. Both of which can be imported into Alexa. Color pallet is limitless and seamlessly matches up with other LED lightning in the house. Great to start, failed within a month.
Would Not RecommendPurchased and was quite happy with the functionality of setting a schedule for the lights to turn on and being able to change the colour initially. However, after a month of use the bulbs would not connect to wifi and would not follow a schedule or have the option to change colour. They basically function as a regular lightbulb no with no smart functions. I would save a bit more money and look elsewhere if looking for a smart bulb.
We certainly regret that you had to undergo this experience. If you have not already done so we implore you to attempt factory resetting your devices...

Would RecommendThis light bulb is amazing it has a ton of features I didn’t expect and it connects with Google and Alexa so I’m able to use my voice to turn it on and off but also connect to my phone so I can turn on and off my lap while laying in my bed. Not to mention it’s much brighter than the current lightbulbs. I have in my home, but you can adjust the brightness.
