No Fingerprints!

So Far, So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is large, features are great- but we are still learning about it, installation was very quick - it was replacing an older over the range microwave by GE. Ventilation is a concern because the screws that release the charcoal filter are under the cabinet - meaning the microwave will need to be detached to reach those screws. When in operation, the microwave is loud as compared to the previous one.

Great Microwave

The microwave looks great in the dark slate and matches my range. It works great and is much quieter than the other one I had. Heats the food well in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend.

Works well, some flaws

However, it definitely feels cheap in a couple of ways. For one, closing the door sounds noisy and hollow, like it is made very cheaply. Also, and perhaps most annoyingly, the buttons are fairly hard to press. So when you dial in the timer or cook time, you're pressing very hard to get it to register. Great over the range microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replace my old Over-the -Range microwave with a new one. Both are GE. the new one fits like a glove. It has more exhaust power than the old one which I enjoy. I would change how the "Start" and "Cook time" buttons look to make them more obvious.

Great Microwave

The micro wave is very noisy when you start using, sounds like a jet engine starting up

So far so good after 5 days

Not better

The keypad is different, harder to navigate, and not as responsive. I don't like the dark interior. My previous GE Profile microwave had an off-white interior, which makes food easier to see and the oven easier to clean. I don't like the boxie appearance. I am thinking about returning it.
