Sent me the wrong AC
Would Not RecommendThis air conditioner supposed to be 230 V and supposed to have a 6-20P plug. This AC was purchased for someone who just came home from the hospital and is dependent on consistent air temperature to be medically safe. I need the correct unit sent IMMEDIATELY. Beyond frustrating when I double checked everything and it still isn’t right.

Would Not RecommendThis AC is supposed to be 230 volts and have a “6-20p” plug. The one I received is 115v and has a standard 3 prong plug. I got this AC for my brother who just came home from the hospital and has been waiting for this AC to not be sweaty profusely. Beyond aggravating. Need the correct one shipped IMMEDIATELY.

Workin Hard

Our central unit went out and this little unit was obtained to help make the kitchen area more tolerable for cooking. Although it pumps out cold air, it only comes out the left vent. It helps, but doesn’t perform like a 6,000 BTU unit. So we give it 3 out of 5 stars.
