It’s cheap.

The controls are nonsense and impossible to work in the dark. The cheap vents don’t allow for much directionality. It’s also far and away the poorest fitting window unit I’ve ever owned. There are gaps everywhere. This is extremely cheap and if this is the best Fridgidaire can do then they should make can openers or something less complicated.

Works as expected

I like the scheduling app as it makes it super easy to turn on before I arrive home from work. I admit, I also use the app to adjust the output when I'm playing videogames and I'm feeling too lazy yo grt up and fins the remote.

Decent AC Unit

Cold A/C App Never Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too bad I installed two of these and they seem to be working pretty well. They are cold and the remote makes it easy to adjust the temperature. I also have another brand and their app is a lot better. I recommend using the remote for this brand.

Good quality air flow

Just the right size for my window. Like the multi directional airflow vents Good fan speed and cooling choices. Cools the room to my satisfaction. Nice air conditioner for the price.

Buy a Mini split instead.

I suppose I should have read the description better, but I assumed that this would have a timer. It does not, perhaps it does if you download the app, but I don't want another app on my phone. Overall it works ok, I really should have returned it considering the price of this and bought a better one. In the future when I have time I will be installing a mini split with a heat pump. spend the money on one of those instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this AC for our sons room. We have central air in the house, but the two rooms upstairs still get extremely hot. This AC gives us the ability to control it from our phone. We are also able to see the room temperature and adjust the AC accordingly. It has an Eco setting allowing the room to stay at one temperature. We are extremly happy!!

Frigidaire window unit

UNACCEPTABLE DELIVERY.

A/C was left on porch UPSIDE DOWN !!! Bottom of box was unsealed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Wifi doesn't work, remote doesn't work

Bought two of these pieces of crap. Neither has working wifi. Neither has a working remote. Save your money.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only one issue with the air conditioning unit. It is slightly noisier than my last Frigidaire a/c unit. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I love the wireless capabilities.
