New unit didn't cool at all

Purchased the unit brand new. Installed in window, turned on and set to reasonable 68 degrees on "cool" with a room temperature of 82 degrees. Can audibly hear compressor start but air never gets cooler. Unit only continues to blast room temp air even when the indoor air temperature is 82 degrees and thermostat is set to <70. Probably a lemon unit and the others run just fun but very unsatisfying.

Overall very good not as quiet as a mini split

Smart home connectivity works good enough, it makes the room cold and it's one of the more efficient units

Perfect for what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something that would fit into a tight window. This got the bill. What I really love about this unit is the WiFi and App. I can turn it on and off and adjust it from anywhere! I use the app all the time. This is my 2nd unit and they both work great with the app.

Works but noisier than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well but couldn’t believe it clicks on and off all night, like a fridge but much louder. Maybe I’m just not used to A/C! Also annoying that Alexa can turn it on and set the temp and ‘cool’ mode but cannot turn it to fan only mode, and cannot set the fan speed.

Gets the Job Done

That being said, there is a slight gap that allows for bugs to get in (even with strips covering the gap). Very Good Overall

It's about as loud as any window unit, but thanks to it's Energy Star rating, it has lowered our electric bill a lot! It blows very cold WHEN there's no sun directly on it. I like the [original] app and use it all the time! The remote lost the Timer function but the app makes up for it with programability. It fits and looks fine in the window. Others who left bad reviews must not have 1.) installed it correclty, 2,) read the manual, 3.) didn't follow instruciton on how to set up the Wi-Fi.

Good AC with Smarts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple window AC with smarts that integrate with Alexa and Google. The app is fairly easy to navigate with options to schedule things. One feature I really would like is for the AC to autostart when the temperature is higher than 80degF. Overall satisfied with the product. Don't know much on the longevity. Ive had it for over 2 years now.

A Freezing Good Time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well, it cools my entire room very quickly, and the app works very well for me. The automation feature works as well! It was an easy install and turning my window into a wall really accents the AC Unit as a subtle spot in the room. It just works!

Keeps my room cold, and I can check that it's on from anywhere.

They are both pretty important since the unit is chilling the room that houses my chinchilla, and she will die of heatstroke if the room gets above 80°f. So I can check to make sure it is running while at work, so she can stay safe.

Excellent little window AC unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a quiet air conditioning unit for a small window in my music room that is 16' x 23', and this fits the bill perfectly. It even handles an additional smaller room and hallway without any difficulty. I like that I can control it remotely from the App, which has come in handy a few times whan I was away and the weather changed dramatically. I highly recommend this little AC unit
