(This was the SECOND Whirlpool microwave that had the exact same problem.) The Frigidaire's trim kit is a little smaller than the one I had, which worked out well since the cabinet it goes into was a little tight.. LED light is nice and bright. Arcing issues after one year
Would Not RecommendOwned this unit unfortunately for just over a year. Unit just began sparking and smoking. Frigidaire offered to call service out but out of warranty by one month. They don't seem willing to work with me any more.

Fantastic Microwave

The touch panel is very responsive and the ability to enter your time without pressing an extra button each time is a terrific feature. It's smart, so if you prefer to have "express cook" for 1 to 3 minutes, you can also have that. It's great to have the best of both worlds.

So far no complaints

This model has a door unlock function and wondering if others had the same issue we had and they added this feature to prevent it from having the previous issues.

I love this microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s super quite. Heats the food perfectly and even. The lock is very convenient too, I also love the 10 seconds button (besides the usual 30 seconds one, it has both). The auto-detect reheat features are superb and the defrost is super fast.

Very Nice Oven

It’s almost like it is barely sensing the press on the icon and then it has to be so precise to get it to come on.
