Affordable But Various Shortcomings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lacks power, e.g., heating water for instant coffee takes 1:45 vs 1:20 on previous microwave. Turntable is noisy. LED time display is glaring white light vs soothing blue. Design needs to be changed so that surfaces you always touch don't show fingerprints. (Flat finishes, not shiny finishes.) Positive Notes: the price was affordable and the control features are good.

Pleasantly surprised and happy

Great Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Great. I purchased this one to replace an almost 20 year old microwave oven. I had to purchase the trim kit which costs almost as much as the microwave itself, but is worth it to trim out the oven. At this point I haven't used it for much, but it works great. I have also noticed that the noise level is very low which is a pleasant perk.

The oven works well and looks more modern. My only complaint is that the controls aren't as easy to use since there are fewer "programmed" buttons, so you have to go through more button pushes to get a custom cooking setting.
