Everything went well
I've only had it a few hrs so the only thing I can comment on is the delivery. The delivery men were very professional and polite. The removed all the packaging so I had no clean up to do. They actually put the freezer where I wanted it which was great since I'm disabled. I will update later once I've had it for a while.

I would not recommend Loews delivery.
