Great freezer

Perfect size for an apartment. I need some extra freezer space now that we downsized to an apartment and this works perfectly and takes up very little room in our garage. I like that the shelves are glass, that’s a nice touch so that I can easily remove a shelf as needed if I have a larger item to put in there. There’s lots of room fo a small (I am taller) freezer. I am very impressed!

Structural damage, Lowes won't take it back

This was an online order with store pickup, it was either damaged in transit from the supplier to the Lowes distribution center or damaged in transit to the store with structural damage and Lowes won't take it back, the return policy for appliances is 48 hours! Had I known this in advance I wouldn’t of even risked it since I live in a rural area, 3 hour drive one way to my nearest Lowes location, 6 hours round trip, the door to this freezer doesn't not close properly, looks like the frame or hou...

Better quality

It is not bulky. Its sleek design made it easily fit in my kitchen. Now allowing my disabled husband an opportunity to see the freezer easier. Anything that makes his quality of life better is a win in my book.

Lost over 2000.00$ in meat. Lasted 7 months

Bought in August of 2025. Unit stopped working, and we didn't notice until it was too late, losing everything and having a terrible mess to clean up. I would give zero stars if I could. We did not lose power, and we did not trip a circuit breaker; there was constant power to the freezer all the time. The food inside was worth way more than the freezer itself, but I am certain we won't recover any of the money for it. We will never buy a Frigidaire again.
