Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the upright freezer, it saves a lot of bending and digging to the bottom of my old chest freezer. Having manual defrost is cost savings and the food does not get freezer burn as quickly as in an autodefrost. The only issue I have is that the compressor sound is quite noticeable.

Love my new Frigidaire freezer
Would RecommendMy new freezer is a lot better than my old one. Love that it has extra insulation to help keep my food froze if power goes off for a day or two. I can hardly hear that it's running and love that the light at the bottom let's me know it is. My old freezer frosted up so bad that I had to defrost it several times a year, where this one will not. If you are looking for a great upright freezer ,you can't go wrong by buying a Frigidaire.

Would Not RecommendThis company has went so far downhill it’s sickening! They’re customer service is atrocious and the products are crap. This freezer came packaged great, after waiting at Lowe’s for an hour but I digress, we get it home and carefully unload it still packaged. We unpackage it and it’s dented and scratched up bad. Well Frigidaire claims that’s Lowes fault, they won’t help. In fact they get hateful and condescending. I should have taken it back but considering it’s a 3 hour trip I decided against it...

Would RecommendI am looking forward to using this freezer. I gave up a frost free freezer due to constant overflow ice problems with the drain. When I found out that the only way to not have that issue was to get a manual defrost freezer I ordered this one. It is very roomy, easy to find things and tall! Love all the shelves on the door!
