Would RecommendReally like the Fluke 117 meter, but very disappointed in the Fluke TL-75 test leads. They are PVC and are very stiff at room temp and have a lot of memory, say nothing about outside in a Minnesota winter. Wish the meter came with the Fluke TL-71 silicone test leads, that would have been sweet!

Fluke 117
Would RecommendNot much to write about, it's a Fluke meter. can't get much better than that. I was in the market for a meter and was going to go cheap since I don't use them professionally anymore. Then I thought about something I always say, "whether the job be big or small, do it right or not at all." So, I decided to do it right.
