Would RecommendI have used DVM's for 27 years. The 117 has been the best. No other brand can match Flukes durability and dependability. My day starts by grabbing my Fluke 117, and ends when I shut off my meter. My usage of the 117 ranges from HVAC to Trouble shooting a circuit board. Thanks Fluke for knocking this one out of the park!

Very accurate and at a reasonable price
Would RecommendI have a Fluke 117C and it is a must have for a DIYer that builds tube amps. The CAT III and CAT IV are perfect for this task. I am using mine for over an year and it gives perfect RMS readings.
