Stopped my constantly running toilet problem.

Worked great! Fixed my problem. You do have to take off the entire tank to do the complete install but the instructions were clear and it worked just fine. My tank was a strange shape so I had to use the old flush handle since I knew that it worked and I didn't want to take the time to figure out whether or not the new flush handle could be modified to fit my tank. Overall, a great product at a great price.

Almost everything you need

Works great but it does not have everything you need. Had to use some of the old parts to make it work. Missing gasket at the bottom & nut.

Installation is fast and easy.

The kit well made and the installation is fast. The toilet tank must be removed for the new kit to be properly installed.

Just buy what you needed.

Could have bought it individually for a cheaper price.

Solved the issue but needed it to come with the correct flush lever and more screws since my toilet needed 3 instead of two.

Universal Toilet Repair Kit

Good product but the red gasket doesn’t work on all tanks. The problem with that is you don’t know until you open the package and read the instructions…and then another trip to the store.

All but handle great

Easy to replace and great detail instructions. Only thing I hated was the handle was very cheap. If anybody accidently hit it, it would probably break. I didn't need the handle so I didn't use this.

This was very easy to use and super clear instructions. The only flaw was the handle was slighty thicker than thw old one but it works flawlessly.

Great product for late night fix!

I had to make a quick late run to Lowes to fix a leaking tank. Made it to Lowes before they closed. This kit has everything you need for a 2” kit. Thank you Lowes for being there to help and having inventory for your customers.

Pretty easy install

If you can follow instructions it's a very easy albeit involved install from old toilet to completely replace everything but the porcelain. I probably didn't need to replace for instance the tank-to-bowl gasket but decided to go for the whole refurb on a couple toilets. Went fine. Only part that seemed missing is that these tanks had 3 bolts tank to bowl and the kit only came with 2 bolts for this (they are 20+ yr old toilets so maybe just not common anymore). But was able to re-use one from old...

Toilet bowl replacement

Easy to install. Works great. probably took 20 minutes from start to finish and no more issues. Hardest part was finding the right socket to undo the tank.

Not 100% compatible with Gerber's Toilets

Didn't check the fine print regarding Gerber toilets. However, the only incompatible part was the toilet take to bowl rubber gasket. The rest of the parts work so well. Important FYI: I needed to purchase a hacksaw to cut the fill pipe to size. As I understand (now, after the fact) there are other universal toilet repair kits that don't require that sort of thing. So if you don't already own a hacksaw, maybe this isn't the kit for you.

This is the product to get if you need or want to replace the handle, fill system, overflow/flapper valve and tank attachment hardware. Directions were clear, process went smoothly. Fill level, amount of flush and final bowl water level are all readily adjustable.
