Stop that toilet leak
Would RecommendProduct worked perfectly. Put a little red dye in the tank after installation and let it sit overnight and water in the bowl was clear in the morning. Problem solved.

Easy to install. Great performance. My only grip is that it seems to require a lot more water to flush than my previous flush valve. Since the entire tank has to drain in order to move the flapper, it uses about twice as much water as my older cylindrical style flush valve. Also it only comes with 2 bolts and tells you to reuse an old bolt if you have 3. Cmon... it's an extra bolt and some washers to ensure no leaks from old rusted bolts and degraded seal gaskets and washers. Otherwise would be ...

Got the job done
Would RecommendMy toilet has three bolts attaching the tank to the base, this kit only came with two so I had to use on of the existing to complete the job which is why I only gave it 4. Other than that, it gets the job done and fixed my ghost flushing problem!
