Ghost flushing!
Would Not RecommendAfter replacing the whole assembly it still leaked. I replaced the adjustable flapper with another adjustable flapper and they both leaked causing ghost flushing. I bought a regular flapper and it worked fine.

All parts needed to replace old valve were included. Good instructions provided answers to any question that arose. Parts seemed to be of good quality and fit as intended. Easy to install, good price fix for a leaky flapper valve with a bad seat. Has only been 2 weeks since repair but very happy with result to date.
