We ordered the night before, and by 1145 am, the order still wasn't ready, but we only found out by driving to the store, because no one answered the phone (as usual). Once we arrived for pickup, the employess were having some kind of social event/party and no one seemed to know where to direct us for pickup. Once at pickup, the order still had to be fulfilled. A simple email to notify us would have been courteous.

Over all good Serb, however I think you should ensure when selling appliances that your salesman you let the customers know when they purchase appliances and buy warranty they must buy new cords because the new appliances cannot be used with old cords it’ll cause the warranty to be voided
