Great generator for hurricane season!

We bought this in Ohio and drove it down to FL before Hurricane Milton hit. There were none to be had where we were going. Our electric went out for 3 days. This generator uses gas or propane it ran nearly 8 hrs on 1.8 G of gas. It comes with a nice heavy duty extension cord and nice cover. We were very pleased!

That Lowes has a very strict return policy

I never used or even opened the box because i no longer needed it. So 4 days after purchase i took it back to Lowe’s to return it. They refused to allow me to return an unopened and obviously never used product. They said they have a two day return policy and there is a sign, but i never saw it nor did i see anything on your website. I would think if you have a drastically different return policy, you would do a much better job of letting your “valued” customers know. Perhaps very big and oblivi...

Very quiet and easy to move. Bought 9-28-24 and used for 2 days on propane, it ran 2 refrigerators, deep freezer some lighting, tv's and computers with no problems. i am going to another one soon. You won't regret this purchase.

Firman Keeps your food cold.

Worked without issue, runs about 4 Hours with the load I gave it (Refrigerator and fans, and Coffee Maker in the morning) Easy switch start. Ran it about 24 Hours during the last outage.

Works great for medium tasks

This generator worked perfectly to power my inside refrigerator, my stand alone freezer several lights and a couple fans while our power was out for 2 days.

Great little unit

Was out of power for 48 hours and bought this unit after the first 24 hours. Easy to setup and had it running in 5 minutes. Hooked up a freezer, refrigerator, TV, DVD, 2 lights and phone charging as well. No issues and the unit is fairly quiet as we could not hear it from within the house.

Works Perfectly

I had this generator for some time and it works perfectly year after year. Just started my generator after it had been sitting idle for more than 6 months. I charged the battery, turned the generator on, primed the engine and the generator started on the 3rd pull. It runs perfectly for me. Regarding changing oil and other routine maintenance - it is easy to maintain and use.

Not for the Disabled

At 40% gas every 6 hrs. Im not able to lift heavy gas/bend for long periods so couldnt fill. Propane tank lasted 13.5 hrs. Wouldnt start easy. Maintenance too hard. Oil change after 25 hrs then every 100 hrs. Wont let me return or exchange

Buy Something Else

Purchased this to run our RV A/C when dry camping. I wanted to like/love this unit…..BUT, our first prolonged use, unit Continually went into overload every 2 hours or less; after first night a friend brought us his Honda 2200 watt. We ran that Honda 2200 for three days and had no issues. Intriguing that the Honda 2200 had no issues, but Firman 3400 watt did. Firman did replace unit at 26 hours. Replacement unit came in damaged, Firman told me to go pound said and deal with damaged unit. Dam...

Easy to use

We bought this generator as a home backup unit for hurricane/storm season. Put to use almost right away when Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Kept on eco mode the whole time and ran propane. With my full sized fridge, multiple fans, and 65in. TV running it was sipping fuel. 15lb propane tank lasted for 15 hours. We occasionally ran the microwave or air fryer and it would rev up while those items were on and then quiet down after.
